While the culinary theme was Mexican night, the Young Irish couldn't help but serve sides from the old country, including boiled potatoes and cooked cabbage. (Who knew that it could go so well with tacos and burritos?!?) While there were moments of confusion over which order went where, the group pulled it together and had a blast doing good in the community.
