Forever Green 35

Don your green and pitch in for YIFC charities

The countdown is officially underway for the 35th Annual Forever Green. Chicago’s biggest St. Patrick’s Day party and charitable event kicks off the St. Patty’s Day season early this year on Friday, March 5. Hosted by the Young Irish Fellowship Club of Chicago (YIFC), Forever Green 35 will take place at Navy Pier’s Grand Ballroom, from 5 to 10 p.m. This year’s bash, sponsored by Miller Lite, will benefit YIFC charities and showcase a variety of local music and entertainment. The Forever Green lineup includes live performances from Missing Ted, The Larkin and Moran Brothers, the Shannon Rovers, the Trinity School of Irish Dance—and of course—five hours of open bar! The 35th edition of Forever Green will raise money and awareness for the Maeve McNicholas Memorial Foundation, which fights pediatric brain tumors, the Matthew Lee Bailey Foundation, the Michael J. Murphy Music Scholarship Fund and Raising Awareness, which supports MS awareness. Tickets can be purchased in advance for $35 or $40 at the door. General admission tickets provide access to the main floor, Miller products and beer alternatives. Food is available for purchase.
